AI WEIWEI FOR THE NEW YORK TIMES ON USING ART TO REFORM IMMIGRATION LAWS

Over the last several years Michelle has curated more than 500 cultural programming events for global platforms such as The New York Times, NeueHouse, Soho House and Absolut Art – talks, conversations, screenings, performances, dinners, studio visits, private gallery and museum tours, pop-up art exhibitions and stores, and artist commissions – convening the brightest and boldest creative minds from across the globe.

From Al Gore discussing climate change, to Angela Davis reflecting on freedom fighters, Anthony Bourdain opining the devastations of food waste, Chimamunda Ngozi Adichie talking about teaching her daughter to be a feminist, Ai Weiwei riffing on how he’s using art to reflect immigration laws, Gloria Steinem championing grassroots feminist activism, The CEO of Microsoft Satya Nadella unpacking gender equality in the tech world, Dr Jane Goodall on environmental conservation, and Greta Gerwig and Saoirse Ronan on female inclusion in Hollywood – Michelle believes innovation thrives when silos collide.
